I recently came across a great LinkedIn post by François Dufour about creating a personal “AI org chart” to visualize the agents and workflows that support your work. I loved the idea of treating AI tools as part of your extended team, each with its own function and value. Inspired by that, I built my own, organizing it around the main parts of my day: emails and writing, news and updates, research, planning, and creative applications. Categorizing my agents this way helped me see which ones truly drive impact, where I’m spending time manually, and how I can keep improving my personal AI stack and efficiency.
