In this demo, I walk you through a project I created via Lovable and ElevenLabs' API. The idea is focused on integrating voice agents into platforms like Coinbase to enhance customer support and educational resources. Recently, ElevenLabs has began a huge push to implement voice agents to bridge the gap between chatbots and human support, making interactions feel more natural and efficient. For Coinbase, voice agents would deliver significant ROI by helping meet the growing demand for customer support. Alongside, this idea, I also believe, voice agents could create an interesting educational opportunity by helping teach users about cryptocurrency on the different asset pages. To that end, I created a Bitcoin voice agent (using ElevenLabs' API) that provides educational information sourced from Bitcoin's white paper and related resources, allowing users to ask questions and receive informative responses. The voice agent is positioned to be purely educational rather than offering financial advice.
