Joined as the fourth Business & Game Operations hire at a high-growth DFS startup, operating across customer support, fraud prevention, payments, customer insights, and company planning. Delivered product support and helped scale the platform from 5,000 users to a community of 500,000+. Worked closely with the founders to track KPIs and develop new app features driven by user feedback and behavioral insights. Held this role part-time, working 15-20 hours a week over the duration of 18 months while juggling school and other internships / jobs.
